    CLEVELAND — February marks Black History Month and here in Northeast Ohio, there are many ways to celebrate throughout the month. Throughout the weeks ahead, many organizations in Northeast Ohio will celebrate and honor the contributions and impacts Black people have made in America. 3News has compiled a list of ways to celebrate Black History Month, which you can see below.     CLEVELAND — In the effort to do "what matters most," WKYC Studios launched its volunteer club during the summer of last year. The group’s goal is to recruit employees interested in community engagement to volunteer for a variety of Northeast Ohio nonprofits. The club includes employees from different departments throughout the station.

    CLEVELAND — For more than 40 years, Coats for Kids Cleveland has been collecting and providing coats to children in need. And although the organization’s mission remains the same, it will be approaching that mission in a brand-new way this year. “For the first time ever and going forward we are discontinuing the donated coats portion of our campaign,” said Debbie Martinko, Executive Director of Coats For Kids Cleveland.
