28 Grove Lane, where a six-bedroom HMO could be created (Image: Google Maps) An application to convert a house into a six bedroom house of multiple occupancy (HMO) have been submitted to Ipswich Borough Council. The application submitted by Allbon Homes Limited at 28 Grove Lane will also see three parking spaces for vehicles and six cycles spaces created, if the scheme is given the green light.
