FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – The Fort Wayne Fire Department responded to a fire in a mobile home park early Wednesday morning. The fire started around 2:50 a.m.The fire happened in the Ridgebrook Hills mobile home park in the 2700 block of West Washington Center Road. Officials say the mobile home that caught fire was vacant. Crews worked for nearly an hour to get the fire under control. The mobile home had significant damage from crews trying to put the fire out.

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) — Police are investigating a crash that left one man dead early Monday morning. According to the Fort Wayne Police Department (FWPD), police began receiving calls on reports of a single vehicle crash around 2:50 a.m. Early reports were that a vehicle had hit the median near exit 313 on I-69 northbound. That’s near the Auburn Road overpass and Coldwater Road exits. Officers arrived on scene to find a man unconscious inside the vehicle.
