    MANDAN, ND (KXNET) — One home is a total loss after a quick-moving fire destroyed it. According to Chief Lynn Gustin of the Mandan Rural Fire Department, the home was located in a subdivision, just to the west and north of Harmon Lake. Although there was someone home at the time, no one was injured — including firefighters. The call for the fire was called in around 3:20 Friday morning. When officials arrived, the house was totally engulfed in flames coming out through the roof.

    MANDAN, N.D. (KXNET) — Just after midnight on Wednesday, crews responded to a house fire in Mandan. According to the Mandan Fire Department, 16 firefighters and four apparatuses responded to 10th Ave. NW for a report of a fire. There were no injuries to responders or occupants. However, the home sustained significant damage and is uninhabitable at this time.

    BISMARCK, ND (KXNET) — A 57-year-old homeless woman was found deceased in Bismarck earlier this week due to cold weather-related injuries. According to the Bismarck Police Department, the woman was found on the back patio of a residence on Cottonwood Loop around 2 p.m. on December 11. Officers confirmed that it appeared there were no signs of trauma and that foul play was not involved.
