    The Cuyahoga County Board of Health announced May 8 that the year's first case of measles in Cuyahoga County was reported when a child tested positive at Hillcrest Hospital in Mayfield Heights. The board of health is urging residents to protect themselves by getting the measles, mumps and rubella (MMR) vaccine.
