And five years later, they’re still waiting for justice. Patrice Williams and Ensley Robinson were shot and killed at a home in Texarkana, Texas in 2019. The two were cousins. CASS COUNTY, Texas (KSLA) - The family of a missing Cass County man are still searching for answers one year after his disappearance. Larry “Bob” Ballard went missing from the Douglasville area on April 27, 2023. Bob, 56, was last seen at 11 p.m. on County Road 2116 and County Road 2118, where his truck had become stuck. His wife Connie says he left behind his money, phone and truck. “It’s been hell,” said Connie. “I’m used to having my other half. I have had to go to work and do everything by myself.

Shanetta Brown has made farm a home away from home. “These are my babies, my baby plants,” said Brown. Shanetta can be found taking care of the plants on Sprague Street.
