    SHREVEPORT, La. -Three people are dead and one is in critical condition after a fire in the MLK neighborhood in Shreveport. The Shreveport Fire Department responded to a major fire in the 2400 block of Kemp Lane around 6:30 Sunday morning. 31 firefighters operating 13 units helped fight this devastating and deadly incident. While searching the house, firefighters found four bodies. All four victims were taken to the hospital, and three died. The fourth victim is still in critical condition.

The Caddo Parish Sheriff's Office held its second misdemeanor warrant resolution event. Anyone with a misdemeanor warrant in Caddo Parish could take care of the warrant a few different ways. If the warrant was for an unpaid fine, they could pay it or set up a payment plan. If the warrant was for missing a court date, it could be addressed in front of the court.

    BOSSIER CITY, La. - Zac Funderburk passed away from a motorcycle wreck just over a year ago on March 22, 2024. Zac loved the sport of wrestling and even wrestled in college. The Be A Zac Foundation was created to share Zac’s passion for the sport and inspire young wrestlers. Tuesday, the foundation held a fundraiser at Beaux Jax. One way the foundation is honoring Zac is by giving away scholarships for high school graduates to continue their wrestling career.
