    APPLETON — One driver was injured in a two-vehicle crash Friday afternoon on U.S. Highway 59 southeast east of Appleton. Both vehicles were northbound when the collision occurred near 210th Avenue Southwest in Appleton Township of Swift County, according to the crash report from the Minnesota State Patrol. Violet Aurora Jones, 40, of Montevideo, was driving a 2015 Nissan Rogue, and Zachary Todd Tubbs, 31, of Appleton, was driving a 2009 Honda Ridgeline.
