CLEVELAND — As the weather warms and dogs spend more time outside — on walks, patios, and in parks — veterinarians are warning pet parents about a dangerous virus spreading fast: canine parvovirus. Recently, a shelter outside St. Louis temporarily shut down due to what's being called the worst parvo outbreak in the area's history. Similar closures were reported at shelters in Idaho, North Carolina, and Tennessee.
