One of the PNW’s best pitmasters will pop up in Seattle this weekend

Grasslands Barbecue, a big player in the Northwest barbecue scene, returns to Seattle this weekend for a three-day pop-up. Based in Hood River, Ore., Grasslands will visit Seattle from Friday to Sunday, setting up shop behind Holy Mountain Brewing in Interbay. The three-day barbecue event starts at noon on Friday and 11 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday, ending when the last rib is sold each day.
