CHICAGO (WLS) -- Time to get to the big reveal for ABC7's Sky High Live!Terrell is live at One Chicago!The building is 80 stories high and 971 feet off the street. The building covers a full city block: State, Superior, Dearborn, and Chicago Avenue. It is two towers, 2.2 million square feet with nearly 800 homes in the sky. In terms of design, it features very sharp vertical lines. There's Art Deco in the bones of this building.

GURNEE, Ill. (WLS) -- Six Flags Great America has been open over for more than a month now, but thrill seekers are still waiting to try out their newest attraction Wrath of Rakshasa. Thursday morning, Terrell Brown is getting a chance to go on the heart-pounding ride. The ride is set to open to the public on May 31. The Wrath of Rakshasa is said to be the steepest and most inverted dive roller coaster in the world!Six Flags said it has a 96-degree, 171-foot beyond vertical drop.

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Time to get to the big reveal for ABC7's Sky High Live!This week we were 101 stories up on top of The St. Regis Chicago. It's the tallest building in the world designed by a woman: Chicago's own Jeanne Gang. Location-wise, it's where the Chicago River meets Lake Michigan. In the heart of downtown, Navy Pier is steps away and Millennium Park is also nearby. It's unique ripple and flowing design comes from stacked geometric shapes called frustums.

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Time to get to the big reveal for Sky high Live!We are at 1000M. It was designed by the late Helmut Jahn and is one of the last buildings he designed. At 74 stories high, it's one of the city's newest skyscrapers. 1000M is named for its address on Michigan Avenue and a nod to the Roman numeral "M" which is 1000. The building features 80,000 square feet of amenity space indoor and outdoor, the most of any residential tower in the city.

CHICAGO (WLS) -- For years, vast stretches of vacant lots have scarred Chicago's landscape - visible reminders of decades of disinvestment. "For generations, if the only thing you've ever seen is a vacant lot, sometimes it's difficult to imagine what else could be here," said Ghian Foreman. Foreman leads the Emerald South Economic Development Collaborative. It's a nonprofit working to transform 205 acres of vacant land through its Terra Firma initiative.
