AbstractCancer has a high mortality rate across the globe, and tissue biopsy remains the gold standard for tumor diagnosis due to its high level of laboratory standardization, good consistency of results, relatively stable samples, and high accuracy of results. However, there are still many limitations and drawbacks in the application of tissue biopsy in tumor. The emergence of liquid biopsy provides new ideas for early diagnosis and prognosis of tumor.

1. IntroductionFrom 2014 to 2022, the European Maritime Safety Agency (EMSA) reported that there was a total of 21,173 maritime accidents, resulting in 6781 injuries and 604 lives lost [1]. Maritime accidents can result in catastrophic damages; thus, the maritime search and rescue (MSAR) operation is significant. In the International Aeronautical and Maritime Search and Rescue (IAMSAR) Manual, the maritime search is identified as one of the most dangerous and complex aspects of MSAR operations [2].

We put forward a novel method for producing ultrarelativistic high-density high-polarization positrons through a single-shot interaction of a strong laser with a tilted solid foil. In our method, the driving laser ionizes the target, and the emitted electrons are accelerated and subsequently generate abundant γ photons via the nonlinear Compton scattering, dominated by the laser.
