HOPKINS COUNTY, Texas (KETK) – A Hopkins County family is recovering after a devastating fire claimed the lives of two of their children’s show cattle and destroyed much of what they had in their barn. What started as a typical day turned into a nightmare for the Feick family. Their barn, which housed show animals and supplies, went up in flames Thursday afternoon, leaving behind charred remains and heartbreak.
