TYLER, Texas — One of the rites of spring in East Texas is the white bass run. It happens every year when the water temperature in the creeks and rivers hits a certain temperature, and it sends a natural cue to the state's white, striper and yellow bass populations to start spawning. TYLER, Texas — A fish replica hanging on the wall of a chicken fingers restaurant might seem like, well, a fish out of water. TYLER, Texas — The Great American Eclipse is less than 45 days away and this is significant when it comes to looking at the possible weather forecast for Monday, April 8. We would all like to see a sunny, cloudless sky to give us the best view of this once-in-a-lifetime event across East Texas, but that could be a challenge - here's why. Our weather pattern continues to cycle with April 8 falling within the fifth cycle of this year's weather pattern.
