ELYRIA, Ohio — An Elyria teen is facing felony charges after police say he intentionally set a laptop on fire at Eastern Heights Middle School as part of a "dangerous" TikTok trend. According to a release from the department, a school resource officer at Eastern Heights observed smoke in a classroom after being called to the scene by school officials just after 10:45 a.m. Friday.
