Purdue University trustees endorsed a proposal to freeze undergraduate tuition and fees for a 14th consecutive year. Purdue President Mung Chiang expressed opposition to raising tuition, despite it representing a significant portion of the university's operating budget. FORT WAYNE, Ind. − As jury selection in the murder trial of Richard Allen resumed Tuesday morning, prosecutors have filed a motion asking the judge to bar the defense from presenting artistic sketches of potential suspects in the deaths of Liberty German and Abigail Williams in a woods near Delphi in 2017.
