The staunch conservative is suing the City of Dallas for banning firearms from Fair Park, where the State Fair of Texas is held annually. The reason for the ban? Three people were shot on October 14 during last year's event, which draws millions of fairgoers from across the country and the state for family fun and over-the-top fair food.
