AbstractDetecting noxious heat is vital for survival, triggering pain responses that protect against harm. The TRPM3 channel is a key nociceptor for sensing noxious heat and a promising therapeutic target for pain treatment and neurological disorders such as epilepsy. Here, we functionally and structurally characterized TRPM3 in response to diverse stimuli: the synthetic superagonist CIM0216, the anticonvulsant antagonist primidone, and heat.

Source: https://github.com/UCSC-VLAA/story-adapterFollowing the official installation process might lead to some issues. For example, the torch==2.2.2+cu121 specified in the requirements.txt file does not exist.
