AUSTIN, Texas — After more than four decades, a man has been charged in the death of a University of Texas at Austin nursing student. On the night of Jan. 9, 1980, 25-year-old Susan Leigh Wolfe was kidnapped on Franklin Street while walking to her friend's house. A witness said a car, identified as a 1970 Dodge Polara, stopped and the driver got out, grabbed Wolfe, put a coat over her head and forced her into the car.

KYLE, Texas — A murder mystery in Hays County remains unsolved. In 2023, burned human remains were found on a property in Kyle, Texas.  An autopsy later revealed they were that of 20-year-old Valentin Castro. Now nearly a year to the day after that discovery, we spoke with Castro's mother in Veracruz, Mexico, as she continues to try and piece together what happened to her son. Blanca Estella Ramirez Lopez is broken. Her sweet boy, her only son is gone and she still doesn't know how.

Out Youth is an organization that gives LGBTQ+ adolescents and their families a place where they are loved, acknowledged and accepted exactly as they are. Axel is a teenager who loves being creative. Whether they're making bracelets or constructing wigs for cosplay, Axel likes to think outside the box.
