WATERTOWN - A traffic ordinance passed its second reading at the Common Council meeting Monday. The second ordinance passed was Ord. 25-06 to Amend Chapter 500-6(2) Vehicles and Traffic. The first reading of this ordinance dropped the north side of Jones Street from the west curbline of Dewey Avenue from the city's list of repeals. However, District 1 Alderperson Dana Davis made a motion to amend the ordinance by striking Jefferson Street off the list of repeals rather than Jones Street.
