    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, add peanut butter, melted and cooled coconut oil, coconut sugar, egg and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined, smooth and creamy. Add in the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda and salt; mix with a wooden spoon until well combined. Fold in the chocolate chunks. Use a cookie scoop to drop dough onto the prepared baking sheet, placing dough 2 inches apart. Bake for 9-12 minutes.

    Last year I learned about the Whole Foods berry chantilly cake and just how obsessed people are with it. If you’ve never had it, it’s a Southern-style vanilla cake with mixed berries (and sometimes jam) between the layers, plus creamy chantilly frosting made with mascarpone, cream cheese, and heavy cream. After seeing just how popular their cake version became, Whole Foods decided to create a berry chantilly latte inspired by the cake. I headed to my local store and had to try it.

    Method 1: directly on the grill. Use this method for larger vegetables like corn, bell pepper, thick sliced zucchini & yellow squash, onion and portobello mushrooms. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, about 375-400 degrees F. Scrape off any leftover bits from the last time you grilled. Marinate your veggies or season them with olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder if you'd like. Place your vegetables on the grill in a single layer.

    First make your feta sauce so it’s ready to go once your burgers are done cooking. Preheat the grill to medium high heat (about 400 degrees F). Brush the grates with olive oil to prevent sticking. Make the chicken burgers by adding the ground chicken/turkey, diced red onion, cilantro, honey, cumin, turmeric, cinnamon, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and salt and pepper to a large bowl. Mix with your hands until evenly combined. Divide into 4 equal portions and shape into 1/3 inch patties.
