    CHEYENNE, Wyo. — A man who told police he had just been released from jail wound up back behind bars May 30 facing new charges including felony burglary. Cheyenne police arrested Mario Fernandez Ramirez, saying he refused to leave a private property and took alcoholic beverages. Court documents say authorities were called to the 5000 block of Pineridge Avenue around 4:52 p.m. May 30 for a trespassing report. The homeowner told an officer that Ramirez had knocked on her front door and did not leave.

    CHEYENNE, Wyo. — A Cheyenne woman is facing a felony theft charge after police say she was caught on camera repeatedly leaving a deceased homeowner’s residence with bags of valuables and tools, including jewelry and a snowblower, just days after the homeowner passed away in February. Abby Nichole Delf is charged with theft greater than $1,000 or firearm/livestock from building, a felony. She was arrested May 29 on the theft warrant. She is presumed innocent unless proven or pleading guilty.
