    A familiar face has assumed the role of chief administrative officer for Grey County. On May 8, Randy Scherzer attended his first Grey County council meeting as the county’s new CAO. Scherzer is a familiar face at the county, he first joined the planning department in 2002. Warden Andrea Matrosovs took time to acknowledge Scherzer’s presence in the CAO’s chair. The CAO sits to the right of the warden during council meetings.
