The Craig Daily Press is based in Craig, Colorado, about 40 miles to the west of Steamboat Springs. This newspaper has a history that dates back to the late 1800s. It prints 3,500 copies from Monday to Friday and 9,500 copies on Saturdays, serving Craig as well as Moffat and Rio Blanco Counties. The Craig Daily Press transitioned from being a weekly publication to a daily newspaper on February 11, 1963.

Jared Polis. House Bill 1135 passed the legislature with broad bipartisan support. It was sponsored by Reps.
