A Southport man was killed in a one-car crash in the early hours of May 30. The Chemung County Sheriff's Office said the car was traveling at a high rate of speed when the driver lost control. Authorities have identified a Southport man as the victim of a fatal one-vehicle crash early May 30 in the Town of Elmira. The Chemung County Sheriff's Office said the victim was 42-year-old Andrew Marangoni, of Allen Street in Southport.
