Elephant Journal
Our mission is to spread the joy of a fulfilling life to everyone, especially those who may not realize how much they care about living positively for themselves, others, and the environment. A mindful lifestyle encompasses yoga, organic living, sustainability, thoughtful shopping, meaningful education, creative expression, adventure, cycling, and family time—essentially, it's about everything that enriches our lives. Most importantly, it focuses on embracing the present moment and exploring how we can make a positive impact while enjoying the journey.
