    sports football Indiana football secured a commitment from University of California, Berkeley senior transfer wide receiver Jonathan Brady on Saturday night, Brady told On3 Sports. Brady has one year of eligibility remaining. Brady spent the 2024 season playing with quarterback Fernando Mendoza, who transferred to Indiana in December and is expected to start under center this fall. The 5-foot-10, 180-pound Brady caught 36 passes for 386 yards and three touchdowns in 2024.

    While Indiana men’s basketball head coach Darian DeVries fills out his first roster in Bloomington, the Hoosiers’ opponents for 2025-26 are coming together. Indiana’s non-conference slate includes neutral site games against Marquette University on Nov. 9, 2025, in Chicago, and reportedly the University of Louisville on Dec. 6, 2025, in Indianapolis. The Hoosiers will also face the University of Kentucky on Dec. 13, 2025, at Rupp Arena in Lexington, Kentucky.

    Indiana football wrapped up its spring with its second consecutive spring game Thursday inside Memorial Stadium in Bloomington. The offense defeated the defense 31-23 in the two-quarter intrasquad scrimmage. The Hoosiers’ defense notched a pair of turnovers, intercepting redshirt junior quarterback Fernando Mendoza and recovering a fumble. Mendoza unofficially went 10 of 14 for 123 yards passing as he tossed a touchdown.
