KFQX-TV (Grand Junction, CO)

KFQX is a Fox-affiliated TV station that operates on virtual channel 4 and UHF digital channel 15. It is based in Grand Junction, Colorado, and serves the Western Slope region of the state. The station is owned by Mission Broadcasting, while Nexstar Media Group manages KFQX through a shared services agreement. Nexstar also owns KREX-TV, a CBS affiliate on channel 5, and KGJT-CD, a low-powered MyNetworkTV affiliate on channel 27, which KREX simulcasts on its third digital subchannel. All three stations are located in the same studios on Hillcrest Avenue in downtown Grand Junction, with KFQX's transmitter situated at the Black Ridge electronics site in the Colorado National Monument, just west of the city.
