    The Strand Theatre held a premiere event Thursday for the first episode of “Gabriel and the Guardians,” an animated series created by Delaware resident Jason Moody. The event was attended by more than 200 members of the community. Moody began working on the show during the COVID pandemic in 2020 and entered full production of the show with Angel Studios in 2023. The first episode launched on the Angel Studios streaming service earlier this year.
