Neshannock Township police remain puzzled over a report Tuesday a red car rolled into the Shenango River then disappeared from sight. Police and Neshannock Township firefighters were called to the boat launch off Kings Chapel Road, where Andrew Nail of Pulaski reported he was fishing around 12:30 p.m. and told police his unoccupied car rolled down the ramp and into the Shenango River. He told police the car was floating in the water when he saw it, according to township police Chief John Rand.
