Nine Network
Nine.com.au, previously known as Ninemsn, is an Australian online platform owned by Mi9, a branch of Nine Entertainment Co., in collaboration with Microsoft. It began in 1997 as a 50:50 partnership between Microsoft and PBL Media (now part of Nine Entertainment Co.) under the name "Ninemsn." In 2013, Microsoft divested its share in the venture, leading to Nine Entertainment taking full ownership. The site was officially renamed Nine.com.au on June 28, 2016. This website acts as the primary online hub for the Nine Network. During its time as Ninemsn, it replaced the main MSN site in Australia and became the default page for users logging out of Outlook.com. Since then, Microsoft has launched a new version of MSN specifically for Australia.
