MORRIS TOWNSHIP, NJ — More than 3,000 law enforcement officers throughout the state will take to the streets of their local communities on Friday morning and run a distance of nearly 750 miles as part of the Special Olympics of New Jersey's 42nd Law Enforcement Torch Run.
