A Manhattan woman became the final candidate on Monday to enter the race for a seat on the city commission. Martha Sweeney is an office manager for the Kansas State rowing team and works alongside her husband Patrick, the long time rowing coach. This is her first attempt at seeking public office. "I know there's a lot of polarization in the community, in the country, in the world at the moment, and I want to be involved with my community," she said.
