MILTON - Mount Carmel Area's Liv Kopitsky and her sometime-training partner, Selinsgrove's Isabella Ferguson, traded gold and silver medals in the shot put and discus, respectively, at Saturday's Pennsylvania Heartland Athletic Conference championship meet at Milton High School. Kopitsky won the shot put with a heave of 39 feet, 2 inches, with Ferguson second (37-10). Ferguson won the discus (127-1) with Kopitsky second (122-3). Southern Columbia's Linsey Donlan was third in the discus (114-5).
