WEYI-TV (Flint, MI)
WEYI-TV, also known as NBC 25, is a television station affiliated with NBC and is based in Saginaw, Michigan. It serves the Flint/Tri-Cities viewing area. The station is owned by Howard Stirk Holdings and is operated by Sinclair Broadcast Group through a shared services agreement (SSA). This makes it a sister station to WSMH, a Fox affiliate licensed in Flint, which is fully owned by Sinclair, and WBSF, a CW affiliate licensed in Bay City that is owned by Cunningham Broadcasting but operated by Sinclair under a separate SSA. Notably, Sinclair owns the majority of Cunningham's stock, as it is held by the family of its late founder, Julian Smith. WEYI and WBSF share their studios located on West Willard Road in Vienna Township, right on the border of Genesee and Saginaw counties, though they use a Clio mailing address. Their master control and some operational functions are managed from the studios of WSMH on West Pierson Road in Mount Morris Township, which has a Flint mailing address.

The fluctuation in oil prices has led to changes at the gas pump, with both gasoline and diesel prices initially increasing. "If the situation remains, it's going to mean a very significant U-turn in the price that motorists are paying for the pump," said Patrick De Haan.
