TranscriptThis is a 32-year-old female with a past medical history of partial complex seizures since age of 18 who was referred to neurosurgery clinic for a change in semiology with increase in frequency and duration of partial complex seizures. Her exam was remarkable for slight right proptosis. Prior imaging shows a 2004 CT scan of a right middle cranial fossa hypodensity that on repeat imaging in 2011 and 2014 was stable. An MRI from that time was not available.

BISMARCK, N.D. (KFYR) - Crews began demolition of the former Budget Inn Wednesday night. Property owner, Fleck House LLC said it will be redeveloped into three different mixed-use apartment complexes. The main building will be renamed The Fleck House and is planned to hold 22 to 24 studio apartments. The south section will be turned into 20 studio apartments named the Annex. A new four-story building named the Roanoke will replace the former parking lot.
