SEATTLE — The Washington State Supreme Court ruled Thursday to uphold a state law that bans high-capacity magazines. In a 7-2 decision, which reversed a lower court’s ruling, the state Supreme Court sided with the state in a lawsuit filed by Gator’s Custom Guns, a gun shop in Kelso. At issue was a 2022 state law that banned the sale, manufacture and import of ammunition magazines that held more than 10 rounds.
