Form and TechniqueDyeing is integral to fashion, adding colour and character to clothes. But eco-printing’s gentle approach sets it apart from chemical processes. Fashioning ArtA painter trained at The Florence Academy of Art after a tryst with architecture, Bang’s inspiration for his exhibition—a series of 18 canvases—is as layered as the film itself. While oil-on-linen is his medium, the theme is a combination of the push and pull of love, the fire of desire and the eventual heartbreak that his characters feel–one that is not foreign to the artist.
