Jasper — The Jasper Police Department is the lead agency in charge of an investigation into alleged sexual misconduct at an elementary school in jasper. The school is Parnell Elementary. That's where a teacher is accused of victimizing girls on campus. A lot of the information we are learning is coming from the mother of one of the students. This mom tells us her daughter was a victim of a male teacher. Parnell Elementary is a third to fifth grade public charter school run by a private company.
