The Michigan Wolverines have a new quarterback and new playcaller ahead of the 2025 season in Bryce Underwood and Chip Lindsey, but the formula might not change as much as some think. The Michigan Wolverines bolstered their depth on the defensive side of the ball via the transfer portal this offseaason, which should help round out the roster in 2025. Two of the bigger additions were former Arkansas defensive backs T.J. and Tevis Metcalf, who have intriguing paths to playing time in Ann Arbor. The Wolverine’s Anthony Broome, Clayton Sayfie and Chris Balas discussed the Metcalf brothers and the other defensive transfers that were added this offseason on their Monday night show.
