    A family-owned beer, wine and liquor store has announced plans to open on Holland’s southside. The business, Mega-Bev, will open a ninth Michigan store in the former Rite Aid at 973 Washington Ave. Mega-Bev owner Scott Niecko said the company is under contract to purchase the building and, once a liquor license transfer is approved, they'll begin to ready the space. “We'll need three to four months to renovate and stock the store,” Niecko said.
