    Antioch High School is on lockdown after shots were fired after 11:00 a.m. CST. The school is on Hobson Pike, approximately 18 miles southeast of Vanderbilt. Metro Nashville Schools announced the lockdown on X and that the Metro Nashville Police Department is on the active crime scene. According to police, the shots were fired in the cafeteria. Two students were shot by the suspect, who then turned the gun on himself.

    Pavia sued the NCAA, seeking at least one more year of confirmed eligibility to negotiate NIL deals before the transfer portal opens on Dec. 9. 1 minute ago Judge William Campbell denied Diego Pavia a temporary restraining order today that would have allowed the quarterback to temporarily negotiate with Anchor Impact, Vanderbilt’s NIL affiliate, for the 2025-26 season while his lawsuit against the NCAA over eligibility is pending. Pavia sued the NCAA on Nov.
