    Evanston police arrested a 36-year-old Rogers Park man shortly after noon Tuesday at 733 Chicago Ave. and charged him with burglary,. Someone stole hygiene products from the CVS at 100 Asbury Monday morning. A 2015 Honda was stolen from a parking lot in the 700 block of Howard Street late Sunday or early Monday, but was later recovered. And someone stole cash from a unlocked 2018 Nissan that was parked in the 1100 block of Pitner Avenue. The theft was discovered Tuesday morning.
