    Madison Plan Commission approved three applications at its meeting on Monday including two zoning requests that will also need city council approval. The commission voted unanimously to recommend that city council approve rezoning two parcels on property owned by Sheila Raycher at 3483 North Michigan Road from light industry to residential agriculture. Brandon Dugle of Madison Construction said Raycher wants to build a 1,000 square foot addition onto the house.

    The purchase of a new jetter is expected to help the town of Hanover better address standing stormwater from heavy rainfalls and snow. Hanover Superintendent of Streets and Utilities Scott Williams announced at Tuesday’s town council meeting that a new jetter has been purchased with contingency State Revolving Funds left over from the town’s recent sewer project.
