SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- A South Bend attorney will be suspended from practicing law for six months after the Indiana Supreme Court found he committed legal misconduct. The supreme court "disciplinary commission" determined that Sean Hilgendorf -- of the Higendorf Law Office in downtown South Bend -- failed to provide competent representation, and keep a client informed about his case. He also failed to participate in the disciplinary process or even respond to the allegations as required.

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- New details tonight have come out on the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary charges filed against South Bend Attorney Michael Misch, over his involvement with former Saint Joseph County Probate Court Judge Jason Cichowicz. Misch, responding to the allegations in a new court filing. Michael Misch served as the Saint Joseph County Council Attorney until last summer.
