    WACO, Texas (KWTX) - Midway High is proud to announce junior Nandini Kadakia on scoring a perfect 36 on the A.C.T placing her among the top 2% of test takers nationwide. She credits her success to school resources, study sessions, and strong support from teachers and peers. It was Southern Little League night at Waco ISD Veterans Field last night. The leaguers from southern got free admission to watch University play Waco High if they wore there jersey.

    GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) - U.S. Postmaster General Louis Dejoy has agreed to suspend further consolidation of the postal service’s processing network following bipartisan pressure from senators alarmed by potential disruptions to mail deliveries. In a letter made public, Dejoy announced a pause on the consolidation until at least January 2025. This decision, he noted, would defer USPS cost savings estimated between $133 million to $177 million.
