    MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - Crews are battling a structure fire in Windsor. Dane County Dispatch told 15 News, fire crews responded to the call just before 4:20 p.m. on the 6400 block of Lake Road. DeForest Windsor Fire & EMS are on scene along with the Dane County Sheriff’s Office.     MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) -Two suspects in connection to a homicide at a Dane County gas station were charged on Friday. Eighteen-year-old Creed Moore and 24-year-old Dewayne Johnson Jr. are accused of killing 23-year-old Kyle Thrasher at a BP Gas Station in the Town of Pleasant Springs in March. Moore was charged with first-degree intentional homicide, armed robbery, endangering safety by use of a dangerous weapon and felon in possession of a firearm.

These lawmakers want athletes in the Big Ten to have equal opportunities. Before the presser, lawmakers talked with athletes and athletic directors. They explain it is important to hear testimonials to ensure fairness.

    MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - The Trump administration is planning to fire more than 80,000 employees at the department of Veterans Affairs (VA) nationwide and some employees in Madison have already been terminated. It is unclear how many people lost their jobs. This comes after a memo issued Tuesday by the chief of VA explained there would be a restructuring of the department. The VA is aiming to revert to its 2019 era staffing levels.
