MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) -A Sauk County father says he wants his son, who went missing almost two years ago, to come home. Bill Yoblonski loses sleep at night thinking about his son James. “He was 13 when he went missing. He’s 15 now,” Bill said. James was last seen on June 12, 2023 at his Sauk County home. Investigators believe he drove the family’s vehicle to Baraboo and left it abandoned near Highway 12. Bill is frustrated about how his son’s case was handled.

MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) -A Fitchburg expecting mother celebrated a milestone with her company days after losing her belongings in a duplex fire. Emily Weber is a cycle instructor at Joy Ride Fitness and decided to go to work and teach a class for the company’s one-year anniversary. Weber said Saturday was about being there for her students, her team and the community that has poured so much into her family over the past 48 hours.

MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - Friends band together to support a Fitchburg family who lost their belongings during a duplex fire on Thursday morning. The family is also expecting their second child in less than a week. Katherine O’Neill and Stacy Bruner are teaming up to support their friends James and Emily Weber, who lost their things in the fire. “The first reaction we had was we need to jump in, and we need to do something,” O’Neill said.

MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - Dane County’s Victim Witness Services started making changes to its response plan after the Mount Horeb School shooting. The team specifically changed what they wear to make sure they are visible and recognizable in critical incidents. A closet on the third floor of the Dane County Courthouse was once empty. Now more than a dozen teal vests hang in that closest. The Victim Witness Services Unit incorporated the attire after helping during the May 1, 2024 shooting.

COTTAGE GROVE, Wis. (WMTV) - A patient is sharing her experience and interactions with the Cottage Grove chiropractor who died in a crash on Monday night. Johanna Shriver said Dr. Kami Hansen was comforting and always had a smile on her face. Shriver lives not too far from Landmark Drive and Michelle Lane where the crash took place.
