YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – Pete Nakos of On3sports is reporting that former Hubbard High School and Ohio State running back TC Caffey is transferring to Youngstown State. Caffey missed a portion of the 2022 season as well as the entire 2023 and 2024 seasons with knee injuries at OSU. He originally joined the Buckeyes program as a walk-on back in 2022. During his time with the Buckeyes, Caffey rushed for a total of 66 yards, including a 49-yard touchdown in a 77-21 win over Toledo on Sept. 17, 2022.

INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana (WKBN) – ESPN’s Shams Charania is reporting that all three injured Cleveland Cavaliers will play in Friday night’s game 3 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals. All-Star Darius Garland has missed the last four games with a sprained big toe. Fellow All-Star Evan Mobley is battling a sprained ankle, while De’Andre Hunter has a sprained thumb. According to Chris Fedor of Cleveland.com, it marks the first time that the Cavaliers will be at full strength since April 23.

BEREA, Ohio (WKBN) – The Cleveland Browns officially signed two members of the 2025 draft class on Friday. Running back Dylan Sampson and Carson Schwesinger have inked their 4-year rookie deals. Sampson was selected in the fourth round of the draft at No. 126 overall out of the University of Tennessee. Schwesinger was drafted in the second round at No. 33 overall last month out of UCLA. The signings leave Mason Graham (first round).
