    Levy expected to pass for Finley School DistrictFinley, WA- — While there are still votes left to count, it appears the Finley School District replacement levy will pass. As of the first count from the special election, there are 'yes' votes on nearly two thirds of the counted ballots so far, even though it only needs a simple majority to pass. Without the levy, school leaders were worried steep cuts might be necessary. Because of these positive first results, it's been an exciting day for Finley.
