    High school athletes from Marlington and Massillon won the voting for the Stark County High School Athlete of the Week for April 21-27. Navaeh Drennen of Massillon is the girls winner and Luke Ryan of Marlington wins for the boys. Drennen, who plays softball, received 41.98% of the votes cast. Ryan, a distance runner, received 45.55% of the votes cast. A total of 43.018 votes were cast overall. Look for more on each athlete below.

No schools in Divisions II through VII opted to move up to Division I. Twelve additional schools moved up a division due to the OHSAA’s competitive balance process that analyzes data from roster information provided by each school from the previous season.
